TRANSFORMATION OF BUSINESS MODELS OF RELOCATED ENTERPRISES IN CONDITIONS OF INTELLECTUALIZATION AND DIGITALIZATION: INVESTMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL ASPECTS

Abstract

The article examines the peculiarities of the transformation of business models of relocated enterprises in the conditions of intellectualization and digitalization. The impact of the war on enterprise operating conditions, leading to the activation of relocation processes and the need for deep restructuring of business models, was analyzed. Based on statistical data, the scale and sectoral features of enterprise relocation in Ukraine are characterized, which attest to its systemic nature and direct impact on the transformation of their activities. The impact of digitalization, intellectualization, and innovative processes on changing approaches to the organization of business processes, resource management, and the formation of new business models is analyzed. It was determined that the key drivers of the transformation are the introduction of digital technologies, the development of intellectual capital, the modernization of management systems, and the formation of effective investment strategies. To systematize the processes mentioned, the work proposes a conceptual scheme for the transformation of business models of relocated enterprises that reflects the interrelationships among intellectual, innovative, investment, and organizational determinants, as well as the corresponding transformational processes and outcomes. Special attention is paid to the investment and organizational aspects of transformation, which ensure enterprises’ adaptation to new operating conditions, the restoration of operations, and integration into modern economic environments. It has been proven that an effective combination of investment support, digital solutions, and organizational changes leads to the formation of flexible, innovation-oriented business models capable of rapid adaptation and long-term development. It is substantiated that the relocation of enterprises in modern conditions is not only a forced anti-crisis measure, but also an important factor in the structural restructuring of business and increasing its investment attractiveness. It is summarized that the transformation of the business models of relocated enterprises is complex and involves the interaction of technological, intellectual, investment, and organizational components.
