THE IMPACT OF ADAPTATION PROCESSES IN IT ENTERPRISES ON THE PRINCIPLES OF HUMAN RESOURCE SECURITY MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The viability of every enterprise is determined by its ability to respond to shifts in the external environment. Such a response should include adaptation, that is, the introduction of changes that ensure further functioning and the achievement of established goals. Generally accepted principles do not guarantee the avoidance of problems related to the fragmented implementation of adaptation procedures.
