Abstract

The article examines the features of the formation of corporate culture of agricultural enterprises in the context of the transformation of the agro-industrial complex. It summarizes the scientific works of domestic and foreign researchers on the influence of corporate culture on the efficiency of enterprises, personnel development and ensuring the competitiveness of organizations. It reveals the main components of corporate culture of agricultural enterprises, including the system of corporate values and the mission of the enterprise, organizational norms and rules of behavior, communication system, management style and motivational mechanisms. It identifies successive stages of the formation of corporate culture of the enterprise, which include diagnostics of the organizational environment, the formation of corporate values, the implementation of standards of behavior, the integration of culture into the management system and monitoring its effectiveness. It analyzes international and domestic experience in the formation of corporate culture using the example of leading agricultural companies. It is substantiated that corporate culture is an important intangible resource of the enterprise, which contributes to increasing labor productivity, developing innovative activity of personnel and strengthening the competitive position of the enterprise. Particular attention is paid to the impact of modern transformation processes and martial law on the development of corporate culture of agricultural enterprises, which leads to a strengthening of the role of social responsibility, organizational stability and team interaction. It is proven that effective corporate culture is an important factor in ensuring the sustainable development of agricultural enterprises and increasing the efficiency of the functioning of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine
