MANAGEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES BASED ON CLUSTER INTEGRATION

Abstract

The article explores theoretical and practical aspects of managing the development of industrial enterprises based on cluster integration in the context of globalization, technological change and increasing competitive pressure. Scientific approaches to the formation and functioning of industrial clusters are summarized, their role in increasing competitiveness, innovative activity and resource efficiency is determined. The content and features of the interaction of cluster participants are revealed, the expediency of a clear division of roles between innovation leaders, production coordinators, marketing campaign organizers and resource suppliers is substantiated. In particular, innovation leaders ensure the initiation and implementation of new technologies, products and management solutions, contribute to the transfer of knowledge and the formation of a common innovation environment of the cluster. Production coordinators are responsible for coordinating production processes, synchronizing value chains and optimizing the use of production capacities of cluster participants. The organizers of marketing campaigns carry out joint positioning of the cluster in the markets, promote products, form a single brand and expand sales channels, while resource suppliers provide stable logistical, financial and personnel support for the cluster’s activities. Particular attention is paid to the system of key performance indicators (KPI), which allow for a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the cluster’s activities in terms of productivity (growth in production volumes, increased efficiency of resource use), innovation (number of innovations implemented, R&D intensity), financial stability (profitability, financial stability of participants) and expansion of sales markets (increase in market share, entry into new regional and international markets). The expected results of implementing the cluster approach are determined, which consist in increasing productivity, reducing costs, accelerating  innovative development and ensuring sustainable regional growth.
