The article provides a theoretical justification of a new conceptual communication model, "Vibewell", which is interpreted as an innovative format of strategic interaction within the domains of foreign policy and international relations. The study addresses contemporary challenges of external political communication, including the gradual erosion of traditional diplomatic formats, the decline of audience trust in institutionalized communication channels, and the growing demand for approaches that facilitate trust-building, cultural resonance, and intersubjective understanding in international engagement.
The theoretical framework of the research is grounded in the paradigms of public diplomacy, soft power, and strategic communication, which enables a systematic reconsideration of the communicative dimensions of foreign policy practices. On this basis, communication is conceptualized not merely as a process of message transmission, but as a multidimensional space of interaction where meaning, emotions, narratives, and cultural contexts intersect. Such an approach creates a foundation for rethinking communication instruments employed by states and international actors under conditions of increasing informational complexity and fragmentation. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the original introduction of the "Vibewell" concept as a communication model that integrates emotional resonance, narrative coherence, and intercultural engagement into the activities of both state and non-state actors within the international environment. The paper proposes methodological principles for identifying the structural components of this model and substantiates mechanisms for its adaptation within foreign policy strategies. These mechanisms encompass both formal institutional communication practices and informal intercultural dialogue formats, thereby expanding the analytical scope of contemporary communication studies in international relations. The research advances the hypothesis that the "Vibewell" model enhances influence on international audiences by creating a shared informational and cultural space. Such a space contributes to the formation of positive associations regarding foreign policy initiatives, increases the effectiveness of strategic communication, strengthens the positioning of states within global narrative structures, and facilitates the emergence of new platforms for interstate and intercultural dialogue. The findings of the study suggest that “Vibewell” can be regarded as a promising conceptual tool for the modernization of communication strategies in contemporary international relations.
