DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE’S IT SERVICES MARKET IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE GLOBAL ECONOMY: THE EXPERIENCE OF LUXOFT

The article examines patterns and trends in the development of Ukraine’s IT services market as a component of the global information technology market. The structure of the domestic IT industry is analyzed, and the key factors of its international competitiveness are identified. Special attention is paid to the experience of Luxoft — one of Ukraine’s largest outsourcing providers — as a representative example of building and scaling a global IT company with Ukrainian origins. The impact of the 2022–2024 armed conflict on the industry and adaptive mechanisms that allowed the IT sector to maintain resilience are considered. Priority directions for market development in the context of post-war recovery and European integration are identified.
