INTEGRATION OF A PROJECT-BASED APPROACH INTO THE MANAGEMENT OF EXHIBITION AND ADVERTISING ACTIVITIES IN THE LABOR MARKET

The article examines the features of integrating a project-based approach into the management of exhibition and advertising activities in the context of the transformation of the modern labor market. It is substantiated that the dynamic development of creative industries, the digitalization of the economy, and globalization processes necessitate a transition from traditional forms of labor organization to project-oriented models. The study analyzes current trends in employment within the advertising and exhibition sectors, emphasizing the growing demand for professionals with interdisciplinary competencies who are capable of working under conditions of uncertainty and rapid change. Particular attention is paid to the role of project management as an effective tool for coordinating resources, optimizing management processes, and improving organizational performance. The research highlights that the implementation of a project-based approach contributes to the development of flexible employment models, including freelance work, remote collaboration, and participation in short-term project teams. Furthermore, it enhances teamwork, adaptability, and the overall competitiveness of specialists in the labor market. The impact of digital technologies on project activity is also explored, as they significantly expand opportunities for organizing, promoting, and implementing advertising and exhibition projects through online platforms, data analytics, and automated management systems. The findings confirm that the integration of project management principles into professional practice ensures higher efficiency and responsiveness to market demands. It is concluded that further implementation of project-based approaches is a key factor in the sustainable development of the labor market within the creative economy, as well as in improving the quality of professional training and aligning educational outcomes with contemporary labor market requirements.
