MANAGEMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF RESOURCE POTENTIAL OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES BASED ON INNOVATIVE TRANSFORMATION IN THE CONTEXT OF KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY FORMATION

Abstract

The article examines the theoretical foundations of managing the resource potential of agricultural enterprises in the context of knowledge economy formation, particularly under military and macroeconomic challenges. A systematic approach to the efficient use of natural, labor, material and technical, financial, informational, and intellectual resources is substantiated. This approach involves the integration of digital technologies, automation of production processes, precision agriculture, resource-efficient solutions, and the development of human capital. The key factors stimulating the innovative development of enterprises are identified, including technological changes, structural transformations of the economy, fluctuations in resource prices, limited access to financial resources, and evolving market needs. An analysis of the activities of SSC “Rodyna” was conducted, enabling an assessment of the level of innovative transformation and the identification of priority areas for the modernization of production, organizational, and management processes. Conceptual provisions for developing the enterprise’s innovation strategy are proposed. These include the integration of resource, technological, informational, and human potential; the development of a knowledge management system; the establishment of partnerships with scientific and educational institutions; and the optimization of financial support for innovation processes. It is substantiated that the systematic modernization of production and management processes, the active implementation of digital and biotechnological solutions, and the improvement of labor productivity and resource efficiency constitute strategic prerequisites for enhancing the competitiveness and economic stability of the agricultural sector. The prospects for implementing innovative activities as a mechanism for adapting to changes in the market environment and ensuring the long-term development of enterprises within the knowledge economy are also considered.
