Abstract

The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the impact of financial innovations of banking institutions on the transformation of risk management in construction enterprises within the accounting and  analytical framework for the development of competitive aquaculture under conditions of macro-financial instability, wartime risks, and globalization processes. The relevance of the topic is driven by increasing volatility of financial flows, rising capital costs, and tightening regulatory requirements regarding transparency in investment and construction projects in aquaculture, which necessitates the modernization of financial support instruments and risk management mechanisms. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the role of banking financial innovations in transforming the risk management system of construction enterprises and adapting the accounting and analytical framework to the needs of developing competitive aquaculture. The methodological basis of the research includes systemic and integrative approaches, methods of economic analysis, synthesis of academic literature, comparative analysis of international practices, as well as elements of economic and mathematical modeling to examine the relationship between financial innovations, risk exposure, and the performance of investment projects. The study demonstrates that modern banking instruments particularly project financing mechanisms, risk-sharing lending, digital platforms for cash flow monitoring, and fintech solutions serve not only as sources of capital but also as system-forming factors in transforming managerial processes within construction enterprises. Their implementation necessitates a revision of approaches to risk identification, classification, and monitoring, as well as the integration of scenario-based budgeting, stress testing, reserve formation, and risk-oriented indicators within the accounting and analytical system. It has been established that such transformation enhances financial predictability, reduces the cost of capital, and strengthens the investment attractiveness of aquaculture infrastructure facilities. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of a systemic approach to integrating banking financial innovations and risk management mechanisms of construction enterprises within a unified accounting and analytical model aimed at ensuring competitive aquaculture. The practical significance of the obtained results consists in their applicability for developing methodological recommendations to improve financial support systems for investment projects in aquaculture, formulating strategies for attracting bank financing, and adapting enterprises to macro-financial instability conditions.
