Peer Review Procedure
The peer review process for manuscripts submitted to the journal is conducted in accordance with the journal’s Review Policy, which defines the model, principles, and main procedures for the scholarly evaluation of submitted manuscripts.
After submission, each manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening during which the editorial office evaluates the manuscript’s compliance with the journal’s scope, formatting requirements, and principles of academic integrity. The initial assessment also includes a similarity check and plagiarism screening using the iThenticate system.
Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial editorial screening are sent for independent scholarly review. The journal applies the double-blind peer review model, under which the identities of the authors are not disclosed to reviewers, and reviewers remain anonymous to the authors.
Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field of research. Reviewers provide an expert assessment of the manuscript and submit a reasoned recommendation regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of the manuscript.
Based on the reviewers’ reports, the editorial office makes an editorial decision regarding the further consideration of the manuscript. When necessary, authors are invited to revise their manuscripts in accordance with the reviewers’ comments. In certain cases, revised manuscripts may be sent for an additional round of review.
The final decision on publication is made by the editorial office after completion of the peer review process, taking into account the reviewers’ reports and in accordance with the requirements set out in the journal’s Review Policy.
