Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive theoretical and conceptual examination of employer branding management, emphasizing the strategic role of HR analytics and profiling as key tools for enhancing organizational attractiveness to potential candidates. The study addresses the growing importance of data- driven approaches in human resource management, highlighting the integration of behavioral analytics and digital footprints into employer branding strategies. By analyzing the interaction between employer brand  perception, social media, digital platforms, and candidates’ behavioral patterns, the article identifies critical mechanisms through which organizations can align their human resource practices with the expectations and motivations of diverse talent pools. Based on the analysis, a conceptual model of employer brand management is proposed, integrating three core components: HR analytics, behavioral profiling, and employer brand strategy. HR analytics enables the systematic collection, processing, and interpretation of candidate and employee behavioral data. Behavioral profiling facilitates segmentation and modeling of target groups according to psychological, motivational, and professional characteristics. Employer brand strategy focuses on designing personalized communications, tailoring Employee Value Propositions (EVP), and adapting HR processes to the profiles of candidates. The article also presents a set of practical recommendations for implementing profiling tools in HR processes, including leveraging social media and digital traces for behavioral mapping, integrating Big Data and AI solutions for predictive insights, and personalizing EVP to match candidate profiles. The study emphasizes that the integration of profiling and analytics into employer brand management enhances recruitment efficiency, reduces hiring costs, and strengthens employee engagement and retention. This research contributes to both the academic and practical discourse in human resource management, providing a framework for organizations seeking to operationalize data-driven and behaviorally informed approaches to employer branding. It offers insights for HR professionals, managers, and scholars interested in leveraging analytics and profiling to design adaptive, evidence-based strategies that improve organizational competitiveness in the talent market.
