Статтю присвячено аналізу сучасних інноваційних підходів управління проєктами у виробничому середовищі, які поєднують гнучкі методології та екологічно орієнтовані підходи. Розглянуто особливості впровадження систем Agile, Lean, Kanban і Scrum у контексті динамічного виробництва, орієнтованого на сталий розвиток. У роботі виокремлено ключові методологічні елементи, що забезпечують гнучкість, адаптивність і зниження ресурсозалежності виробничих процесів. Особливу увагу приділено практичному кейсу компанії Wood Trick, яка спеціалізується на виготовленні 3D дерев’яних конструкторів і демонструє приклад успішної інтеграції цифрових технологій, екоорієнтованого мислення та гнучкого управління. Здійснено структурну оцінку внутрішньої проєктної моделі компанії, зокрема використання Kanban-логіки, CAD-інструментів, Kaizen-практик та Lean-контролю якості. Проаналізовано зв’язок між впровадженням ітеративних управлінських циклів і підвищенням екологічної ефективності, скороченням виробничих відходів і зростанням ціннісної орієнтації бренду. Зроблено висновок про доцільність масштабування комбінованих стратегій управління у малий і середній бізнес, з урахуванням екосистемного підходу та сталого проектування виробничих систем.
