СУЧАСНИЙ МІЖНАРОДНИЙ ПОРЯДОК: СУТНІСТЬ, КРИЗА, АЛЬТЕРНАТИВИ

У статті досліджуються сутність сучасного міжнародного порядку, причини та прояви його кризового стану, а також можливі альтернативи. Встановлено, що після Другої світової війни сформувався так званий «ліберальний міжнародний порядок», що спирався на поєднання американського лідерства, багатосторонніх міжнародних інститутів, відкритої економіки та солідарності ліберальних демократій. Проаналізовано основні причини та прояви його кризи та занепаду у перші десятиліття ХХІ ст., серед яких зміна глобального балансу сил, піднесення нових центрів впливу, негативні наслідки гіперглобалізації, зростання націоналізму і популізму, нездатність міжнародних інститутів реагувати на нові виклики. Розглянуто можливі сценарії трансформації сучасного міжнародного порядку в контексті тенденції до поляризації та перерозподілу сил у світовій політиці.
