The scientific journal “Modern Humanitarian Discussions” adheres to the Diamond Open Access model, which ensures the complete absence of financial barriers for both authors and readers.
The journal provides free, immediate, and unrestricted access to all published content upon publication, thereby promoting the dissemination of scientific knowledge, the development of humanitarian research, and the integration of the academic community into the global scholarly space.
Within this model:
- authors are not required to pay any fees for submission, peer review, editorial processing, or publication of their manuscripts (no Article Processing Charges — APC);
- readers have free access to full-text articles without subscription or registration;
- the journal does not charge any fees for access, downloading, or use of published materials.
The editorial process is funded by the founders, institutional support, grants, and other sources that do not influence the editorial independence of the journal.
The journal supports the principles of open science and ensures free use of published materials, provided that proper attribution to the author and the source of publication is given.
The editorial board guarantees adherence to high standards of academic integrity, transparency of the editorial process, and independence in decision-making regarding publication, regardless of financial or other external factors.
The Diamond Open Access model complies with international recommendations in the field of scholarly publishing and promotes equal access to research results for academics, researchers, students, and the wider public.
